• Once we have a detailed understanding of your current and future borrowing requirements, we identify the best loan structure and products to meet your existing and future needs. During this process we may also identify Financial Planning, Accounting and Estate Planning matters. We have trusted service providers and professionals that can attend to your needs.
• Sit back and relax. Let us do all the hard work!  When you are ready to go ahead we can put together the complex loan application and manage all the correspondence. 
• Finance Tactics make it easy.  Chris will guide you from start to finish, and best of all it’s a FREE service.
• Any enquiries, questions and requests (now and into the future) will be responded to with urgency, honesty and respect. We endeavour to return emails and phone calls within 2 business hours.

*In the event that we do prepare advice for you (in the form of a Statement of Credit Advice) but it does not result in us establishing a new loan, we may charge you a professional fee of $500 (+ GST) for the provision of credit advice. This fee may be tax deductible if our advice relates to investment loans.
